Was born from a deep passion for producing organic quality free range meat.

The Sika Deer, found through-out West Cork and Kerry, has a varied diet of wildflowers, plants, grasses, shrubs, and trees. This diet produces a high protein, low fat meat, containing essential amino acids and rich in thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, iron and zinc.
Aged for a minimum of 14 days, the whole animal is used in the creation of the Venison Range produce. The result? The highest quality cut is used to produce the highest quality
